We had an excellent stay in Puerto Rico just off shopping centre and parking, the shopping mall, and all the shops and restaurants. Without doubt the location was good and lovely very near everything. Plus it was 10 minutes walk to Playa de Puerto Rico.

Prime and decent location close enough to the shopping center, shopping centre and parking, and the Cumana, everything good. Location very near everything. 10 minutes walk to Playa de Puerto Rico. Pleasant experience that could of made our holiday better.

Everything here felt good, it was a pleasant stay that could of made our holiday better. Apartment's location was exceptionally nice next to the shopping mall, taxi to airport, and beach and nightlifee. Plus it was located down to the shopping centre.

La chambre fonctionnelle et bien décorée. Le personnel sympa et serviable. Navette aéroport proposée. Lit confortable. Cadre agréable, niveau de propreté élevé. Surveillance vidéo et bonne sécurité. Vue panoramique depuis le balcon. Snack avec cuisine alléchante.

C'était tout génial.

To have a breakfast in the garden every morning, temperature more than 25 degrees in March, when in Czech republic is cold and frozen wheater, it looks like as a tropical dreem. If we could spend our holiday in Gran Canaria once more, we would prefer Apartamentos Cumana.

Good availability for car travellers. It is easy to reach hotel by car, also parking is good. Too close to seaside and beach. Very good location. Beautiful view from terrasa. Friendly staff. Swimming pool is realy good.

Absence of free WiFi internet. Too loud music in the evenings from the bars and restourants

The staff was so friendly and helpful, making our stay amazing! The location was prime, close to everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of our apartment - it felt like home! The kitchenette had everything we needed, including a microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. The flat-screen TV in the lounge area was a great addition. We also enjoyed the easy beach access and the outdoor swimming pool. a fantastic stay!

hotel staff (manager) very helpfull, drove us up in his car with our luggage on first night. very close to the main bus stop (about 500 meters) to explore the island. Room was dated but clean. no air con, but has a mobile fan in the room. close enough to be near the main shopping centre. small shop in next door apts..very handy.....

lots of steps, pool bar not open till around 11.00. around the pool area could do with a lick of paint.

we were greeted with fast and friendly staff who were helpful throughout the whole stay

the only thing i could fault is the amount of steps but we were stopping in the 2 bedroom apartments so didnt have as many as most guests and the pool didnt look as clean as it could have been

Convenient central location, close to mall and bus stop. Receptionist helpful and welcoming, offering a ride to top of complex. Clean, spacious apartment with nice balcony. Good water supply and comfy beds.

The location was excellent as it was near the shopping facilities, entertainment and the beach was accessible.

The apartment was dirty, with dusty windows, unemptied rubbish bags, flies, dirty towels not collected. The number of stairs was awkward.

The apartment at Apartamentos Cumana II was perfect for our family. The two-bedroom setup was great for us and our kids. The small kitchen had everything we needed, including a fridge and a two-ring hob, so we could cook our own meals. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and convenient. We also enjoyed the free TV and internet connection. The balcony was a nice bonus, providing us with a space to relax and enjoy the view. the apartment had a cozy and homely feel, making our stay really enjoyable.

While we had a great time, if I had to choose one thing that I liked less, it would be the size of the kitchenette. It was a bit small for our liking.

Not very clean or updated, needs to be painted. Reception has limited opening hours.
